Today Aidi Sweater Factory want to show you how to produce a sweater.

Storage of yarn: After the raw materials of wool yarn are stored in the factory, 

samples need to be extracted to check the calibration line density of yarn branches,

evenness of strip dry and other items. 

Only when they meet the requirements can they be put into use. 

Most of the woolen yarn coming into the factory is in the form of Hank yarn, 

which has to go through the winding process to make it suitable for knitting machine knitting.

Knitting: the sweater has front, back, sleeves, collar, paste and so on. 

Knitting refers to the knitting of wool yarn into semi-finished pieces on a computer knitting machine. 

Generally through the computer flat knitting machine.

Sewing plate: through professional sewing plate equipment will unlined upper garment piece

 (including front, after painting, sleeve, collar, placket, bag other accessories) suture.

 Washing : Washing water plays a very important role in the sweater process

 Ironing: Ironing sweaters is very different from other clothes, 

because sweaters will shrink after being washed in water, 

so they need to be ironed to fix the shape and size. 

Ironing sweaters requires the help of steam ironing and special ironing board.
