Step 1:

Select Fabric

As underwear is directly in contact with our skin, so the fabric must be quite particular,usually considering by many aspects,for instance,the presence of harmful ingredients, hygroscopicity, antistatic function, skin tactility, dye sweat fastness and washing fastness, fabric elasticity, strength and so on.

Step 2:

Glue the Cloth

Glue the cloth is that the cloth and sponge are glued together with adhesive, after gluing the surface of the cloth must be smooth. By the way if the adhesive and solvent are harmful to the human body so they cannot be used in the whole process, such as the adhesive containing formaldehyde, acetone and other ingredients that will affect the health of our body,so they must be forbidden.

Step 3:

Patterning and Cutting

Patterning first and then cutting,patternmaker should pay attention to the grain direction,having a reasonable layout according to their own performance.Generally, the long strap is cut into a certain length first, then the buckle is put on and sewn with a single needle zigzag sewing machine.

Step 4:

Splice cups

The key step is to combine the two pieces of the front cup, then the side cup, and finally step is to combine the mask cup.

Step 5:

Seam up the cover line

Fix the figured fabric with single needle flat seaming machine, and add cloth strips at the top part.Then fix the inside and outside of the spinal center with a single needle flat sewing machine without wrinkling.

Step 6:

Hem add elastic belt

At this time we using double needle flat sewing machine to add cloth or other decorations.The second workstage need to stitch by the side. Remember to grab the cloth about 10cm with both hands during the sewing process, and pull it to the limit without breaking the thread, otherwise it will affect the wearing effect.

Step 7:

Hook & Overlooking

Check the quality of hooks first,you need to pay attention to do not happen needle cut.The overlock should be smooth and flat.Last but not least, inspect the packaging as required.
From the beginning of selecting the fabric to the stitching, every step must be perfect.

Step 8:

Packaging & Shipping

The production is completed, put it into the transfer box, ready to pack and ship
